Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts

Hi last year i went for a ultrasound scan and my results were saying free fluid in pouch of Douglas. And later i started having warts. I was done some freezing until may this year and they were gone but early June thy started again and i have a lot of them and is spreading fast sometimes they are itchy,painful and bleeding. The first time i went for treatment the nurse said i have hpv 6 and 11. Are the warts ever going to go away and never come back? Does it cause cervical cancer? Will i be able to bear children?
