Suggest Treatment For Giddiness And Hearing Of Loud Sound In Ears
my father aged about 77, says always hearing a loud sound like the heart beat at the rear head side. Says, not able to walk atleast 100 feets since he feels giddiness. He is partly dump. I ve consulted almost 3 to 4 ENT specialists and taken tests like ultrasound and scan for giddiness. However, every one says that it is a nerve weakness at the inner parts of the ear, due to age and cannot be cured completely. Every day, when I see my father not sleeping due to this problem, I am very much worried. Could you suggest atleast some temporary medicine that can give a part relief to him. If needed, I am ready to upload the reports.
dear so dad to hear about your father problem. he may be suffering from age related sensoneural hearing loss. you may try tab.cognix plus twice a day for 2weeks. along with that masking devices are available you can try that.
cognitive therapy, tinnitus retraining therapy is useful.keep clocks near his ear for masking effect. or hearing stories during sleep may avoid brain concentration on sound so he can sleep. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
