Suggest Treatment For Giddiness

i was suffering giddiness .my head was spinning .I take some other medication but was not help .finally ,my doctor advised me to take absloute 3 g .i feel better .I continued about 6 months once i stop again I feel giddiness /can i take the medicine again.please reply
