Suggest Treatment For Glandular Fever

My elderst daughter has glandular fever. For the last four weeks my younger daughter has had swollen glands on and off and now has a had temp all night she is complaining of seeing double and feeling very unwell she had blood tests in the week for GF. But not resu,lts yet
