Hi, i do care for your concern.
your symptoms suggest more of staphylococcus infection.
If i were your treating doctor then i would advise,
1) To start with antibiotic such as cefexime and continue for full course of five days along with antacids.
2) To clean the infected wound with antiseptic lotion under strict aseptic condition.
3) To maintain adequate hygiene, as to bath with antiseptic containing soap.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
