Suggest Treatment For Gout

I have a attacked by gout which is attacked to my leg thumb. I have already showed it to a doctor .He gave cap:Rheumacap(25 mg), tab:eloric (100 mg), Cap:Omex(20mg), Tab:Teuoloc(50 mg), Tab:Zolium(.5mg). But unfortunately after take these medicine about a week I can’t get any benefit. My thumb of leg became worse than before. And sometime time the pain go worse. , what would you suggest ?I am a male, 55years. From Bangladesh. Pls. doctor suggest me what can I do.
