Hello,

Cancer in the uterus may be from endometrium or from cervix. You didn't mention in the query about the histopathology report of the uterus.

Grading varies from organ to organ and grade 1 means it is contained.

Radiotherapy is used to prevent further relapse. Please meet medical oncologist with the complete histopathology reports. He/she will guide you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
