Your findings may suggest mildly enlarged liver with grade I fatty changes in liver. Fatty liver is due to deposition of fat within the liver cells. Fatty liver is a reversible condition. It usually reverse with treatment of underlying cause. Fatty changes in liver may be due to many causes like obesity, sedentary life, hepatitis, altered lipid profile, metabolic disorder etc. Your total cholesterol level is acceptable. You may need few investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, liver and renal function test,Urine RE/ME. You should avoid fatty and fried food.
