Suggest Treatment For Gradual Decrease In Eye Sight

Hello Dr, My eye sightness reduced since last 19 years till I m 33. I ve taken many tests and medicine but nothing to use, doctors said nerve through the eyes defected, ( my problem is I can t see small letters and I can t identify that things or person that 20 mtr distance from me After affecting my problem. Pls give me the solution. thanks with, Nathan.

Either you are suffering from optic nerve damage or simple eyeside weakness there is no documented treatment available except use of spectacles and eyeside correction surgeries. If nerve is damaged the source of the damage could be addressed but consult an ophthalmologist who will find out the exact cause and treatment option.
