Suggest Treatment For Granular Pharnygitis

hi sir , i am suffering from granular pharnygitis since last 1 year i took antibiotic , i did betadine gragale , i took volken tab, but still i have sore throat in my left side of throat . & ear irritation also i have and those granular still is there. so what should i do. i heard coblation treatment of dr.poulse from kerala.

Hi.
Coablation does sometimes can help in such a chronic granular pharyngitis.
Another thing before you go for such a treatment is to go for .
CT scan of the para-nasal-sinuses. if this shows an infection , you have to undergo the treatment for sinusitis and you may not need further management.
