Suggest Treatment For Granular Pharyngitis

Sir, I am suffering from granular pharyngitis. Consulted many ENT specialists in Mumbai . They prescribe antacid+antiallergic +amoxycillin. This treatment gives only temporary relief. Throat culture is also done. Can coblation be used to treat granular pharyngitis ?

warm saline gurgling is first requirement throat culture and sensitivity is very scientific procedure. do not take any other medication without advise. take the prescribed drug and get reviewed if not effective.take vitamin c. it is a chronic condition.wait for result it may take more time.
