Suggest Treatment For Greasy Forehead And Oily Secretions Behind The Ears

hi i hope you can help ,

im a 43yrs old white male 190kg 5'8 .im generally healthybut always suffered with over active sebaceous glands with bad acne in the past.

my acne has subsided but i still have a very greasy forehead and yellow oily cheesy smelling secretions behind my ears.

i wash my face twice a day and shower once a day ,i also sweat more now than i did than when i was younger.

any ideas to help me.
