Suggest Treatment For Green Color Stool In A Child

my girl baby is 6 months and 2 weeks old her weight is 6.5kg and 65cms height i gave her banana and ceralac.today i started giving rice with dhal in the afternoon she passed stools today which has thread like substance in green and white colour. i give her iron and multivitamin.please suggest what is wrong.
