Suggest Treatment For Green Color Stool In A Child

Hi.my baby is 3.5 months old. She usually poops once a day and poops green with yellow poops as she ia both on formula and breastfeed. Suddenly she is pooping 5 times a day which is loose and very smelly and shooting out. She is also running mild temp 99.4 F all the time and sometimes fussy. Do I need to worry about this. Please help.
