Suggest Treatment For Green Phlegm With Swollen Tonsils And Eye
I m 24 years old , I rarely get sick. I work with MR clients ..not to long ago I ll say about 3 weeks my client came home with a regular cold . The next day my throat began to hurt , several days later I got sick . I had pharygitis I was prescribed a steriod and an antibiotic a couple days later I somehow contacted pink eye in both eyes and my head hurts everyday . My cold has gone away but I realized that my mucous was lime green and one side of my head hurt with swelling under my eye , my tonsils are still swollen severely but I was wondering is all of this some how connected
The symptoms can be related to sinusitis which is an infection of the sinuses. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Tylenol to relieve the inflammation. I also suggest using a mucolytic and drink a lot of liquids. If the symptoms continue, I recommend to see an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
