Suggest Treatment For Grey Discharge And Nausea After Vaginal Examination

hi, i hav an appt to see a gyn doctor in 2 weeks but i'm scared - dont think i will be able to cope with examination. also had some finish discharge yesterday - looked kind of greyish and like a jellyfish. ?cause. also been feeling nausea +++. seem to get more and more nausea - ?pre-menstrual symptoms - but it can go on for 4 weeks
