Suggest Treatment For Greyish Phlegm Discharge Despite Taking Antibiotics
I AM GETTING OVER A COLD THAT STARTED LAST SUNDAY AND BY LAST TUESDAY IT TURNED INTO WALKING PNEUMONIA. I WAS GIVEN A 5 DAY ANTIBIOTC TO TAKE WHICH i HAVE COMPLETED. I STILL HAVE SOME PHLEM THAT COMES UP AND SOME OF IT HAS GREYISH.. DO i NEED TO GO TO AN URGENT CARE?

If clinical improvement is present than no need of further antibiotic course
But if clinical improvement is not up to the mark than repeat chest x ray and sputum examination and sputum culture investigation for further work up
