Suggest Treatment For Grinding Sensation In Foot With Swelling

Hi, Im Jessie, so last week I started have a grinding grinding sensation in the top of my right foot. The symptoms are a kind of dull ache, and a feeling of grinding bones in the top of my foot when I try to flex or extend the foot, or try to walk; the feeling has increased through the morning. It's maybe a little swollen but not much. The pain is bearable; but the "grinding" feeling is what's making me kind of nervous.
