Suggest Treatment For Grinding Sensation On The Knees

My knee keeps grinding and clicking, I've had problems with this knee since I hit it on the corner of a brick wall, it healed up but since then I felt a sharp pain go through that knee if I crouched down for any length of time, its been getting worse to the point where it does this alongside clicking and grinding while I'm walking.
