Suggest Treatment For Growing Breast In Male

I am 17 years old boy. While I was 14 my chest (right side) was just growing somehow little larger then left, and my friendas told me that it is normal and it will disappear gradually,I hope so but now it's not so, it is quit large then my left side chest, when I press it I feel some hard piece of flesh like part n it pains much. What type of problem is it? Why is this so? How can I get rid from it?

I can understand your feelings.
It could be gynecomastia where in your breast is enlarged like in girls .
If it is big it has to be removed surgically.I suggest you to consult a plastic surgeon.
