Suggest Treatment For Gum Disease When Suffering From Chronic Asthma

Hello, I am a chronic asthmatic and I am taking way to many pills, is there another way to help me, I am seeing a specialist but still on way to much medication and the bad ones ? also I think I have gingivitis or gum disease as I have hardly any gum ?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain in case if you are hardly left with any gum then it has progressed much beyond Gingivitis and has progressed to Periodontitis that is a deeper and more severe gum infection and it leads to loss of gum and bone attachment to the tooth which can cause gum recession and loss of teeth also due to loosening of teeth..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical examination along with a Panoromic x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment ca be done accordingly..

In case of severe gum recession treatments like Flap surgery and bone grafts can be advised.,
