Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The loose teeth could be because of the gum infection secondary to deposits.
Consult a good dental surgeon or periodontist and get your teeth cleaned(scaling and root planing) once and maintain the oral hygiene after that. You have to get your teeth cleaned once in a year. You have to take a radiograph to check the bone level in all the teeth.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.

Thanks for using Health Care Magic.

Read your query.

Absence of the lower teeth ,makes the upper teeth extrude slowly from their socket and eventually loosening of the teeth because of the absence of opposite forces to hold them back in position.

I would advice you to visit the dentist and check their status and if they can be saved and get the denture for the lower missing teeth to avoid more damage.

Since you have mentioned puss pockets, there may be multiple abscess in your teeth, which need a thorough examination.Being terrified of a dentist will not solve the problem,so i think you should keep aside your fear and get the needful treatment done soon.

Have your teeth cleaned by the dentist.

Get your general health checkup done and rule out any systemic conditions including diabetes.

Maintain a good oral hygiene.

Do warm saline gargling.

Hope this was useful .

Thanks and regards.

Hi
Thank you for your query with HCM, with your description it clearly states that it is case of periodontitis where the tooth supporting structures gets inflammed and infected leading to tooth mobile and ultimately tooth loss. This could be of many reasons first and foremost is improper oral hygiene and if you have any systemic diseases this also lead to tooth loss by various means. I am unaware of your systemic status since it was not mentioned whatsoever I would strictly recommend you to visit your periodontist for the beat treatment without delay. You need antibiotic coverage with scalings and may also periodontal surgery if needed but nothing to worry please don't be apprehensive since all the treatments will be done carefully and painlessly so please visit your specialist.

Hope my answer would be helpful to your query.
