Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Firstly, you should know the possible cause for your hair fall and we need to correct the same. Genetic or male pattern balding is the most common and from your description of hair fall maybe the most probable cause, so check for a family history of balding. In this case, regrowth will also take more time and may not be permanent.

It is a common complaint after excessive use of hair gels and other strong products and could be also increased due to stress, work, dandruff, change in water, etc., commonly.

Also, you need to check for other causes like thyroid problems, low iron/hemoglobin, any illness like fever, typhoid, and any long-term medication.

You can check with a dermatologist regarding any tests required to check for these causes.
I would advise you to start on a hair supplement capsule like Keraglo Men or Follihair to see the improvement. Any treatment needs to be taken for a few months regularly to see good results. They are vitamin supplements for hair growth without side effects. You can apply Recute hair oil or Tress Gain serum to the scalp at night.

Be sure to take a nutritious diet, adequate rest, and avoid stress. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Observe for improvement over 2 months at least.

Use a suitable shampoo and conditioner like Hair4U or Anaphase.
If none of these shows good improvement, you may have to consider specific medication or procedures on the advice of a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dinah Levillard
