sir i am dhanabal my age 29 i will touch my hair atleast 5 hair in my hand bathing minimum 50 hair in my hand so i will concern dr he tell me take follihair tablet i will take an last two weaks but not stop an hair fall what i do pls tell an any sollution to avoid an hair fall

Hi,

There is no need to take treatment as your hair fall is within normal limits. Remember the normal daily hair fall is 100 to 150 hairs per day. .. Ok .. Just relax. Take nutritional food, do exercise and have positive attitude.
