sir i i had met with an serious accident at very young age of 7 years in that i got several stitches on my upper head .. now at the place of stitches there is no growth of hair ,,, kindly help me .. is there a way to get back my hair growth as earlier

Unfortunately the answer to your query is in negative. At the site of traumatic scar, the hair follicles are destroyed permanently and hence no hair growth can be induced.
