Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Bald Spot

i have a few bald spats on my head, my hair has been coming out in handfuls in the last couple of days. two maybe a third patch on the was were developed very quickly. i have had alopecia areata about 1.5 years ago and i grew back but those spots were smooth and completely bald. These ones have hairs, A little stubble, is it still alopecia aerate? Im freaking out

This might well be allopecia aerata Specially if you have history i would suggest you not to panic just visit your dermatologist and get treated accordingly first cause has to be found and then the treatment is usually very effective generally it takes a couple of months to get better and back to normal.
