Hi I am taking Adgain capsule , B complex , bitozed forte, limcee, caldkind plus , essvital, Evion ,Andromine ,Amexidil 5, valbet cream for hair treatment .i am facing few skin problems I am loosing hair from top of the vertex. I am male , My age is 31 & weight is 81 and need ur suggestion

1.avoid stress.
2.take nutritious foods.
3.drink 3 litres of water in a day.
4.sleep 8 hours in a day.
5.take iron tablets and multivitamin tablets once daily in the night.
