Hello,

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. It is characterized by hair loss and thinning from the front, mid and vertex of the scalp.

In addition to the topical minoxidil which you are already using I suggest you to also take an oral finasteride 1mg tablet.

Both of these are approved remedies for treatment of androgenetic alopecia in males.

Treatment is long-term and goal is to arrest further progress of thinning and hair fall.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kakkar S., Dermatologist
