i am 20 am too having receding hairline at sideways...... literally horseshoe kind of tell me the ways to avoid my hairloss....since i was born late...i have a brother ...difference of age between me n bro is 15 yrs.....while my mother gave birth to me i was weak...i nw strted to conditioner n anti dandruff shampoo its helping me...my question is do i need to take vitamin supllements like omega 3??biotin??
