Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Hello Doctor,Myself Sakshi , I am 26 years old and I am suffering from hair loss from past few days. I suffered from hair loss few months back as well following which I visited the doctor who recommended few tests (sugar, thyroid and iron), tests came normal, besides he also advised mulitvitamins & iron tablets along with Mintop forte 2%. . I applied the lotion for around a month and it helped in controlling the hairfall.However the problem has recurred. Please help!
