Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

hello! i am 24 years old and suffering from hair fall problem. my hair fall started at the age of 22. I have taken body stimulant medicine to keep me active and fit all day but it start causing the hair fall at the age of 22 . From that day when i have taken the medicine till now i have loss my front side . What i do now! i am only thinking of transplant.Is it the right choice.
