If you are having dandruff then take the necessary steps to control the same. Also check if your thyroid profile and serum iron levels are normal or not. These are the most common causes of hair loss and adequate management of these conditions would lead to decreased hair loss. However, if you are suffering from genetic hair loss or androgenetic alopecia then the hair loss would persist. In these cases Minoxidil lotion offers some relief so also Finasteride tablets but these should be taken under the guidance of a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.
