Suggest Treatment For Hairfall

hi..Doctor. I suffered from Dengue (multiorgan failure)around 3 years back. I was on ventilator for 1 month and total hospitalisation was for 2 months). Since then I have been facing hair fall problem. Now it has increased a lot.. Hair fall direct from roots & with white roots... in huge quantity...I was even started getting bald from forhead & backportion. Two months back a doctor prescribed me Keraglo Eva, Mintop forte 2 times and Grocapix gel at night. Now new hair are growing & that is ok but still hair fall has not stopped....Hair are still falling with white roots..& in huge quantity...Please suggest..

Hi.
As per your case history you are suffering from telogen effluvium, my treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Use plain coconut oil and a herbal shampoo for routine use.
3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Continue minoxidil solution and grocaprix gel for 6 months.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
