Suggest Treatment For Hallucinations And Insomnia

I am constantly talking to my identical twin sister and she responds to me even though she isn t really here- we haven t had contact since we were kids. I am very sensitive to everyone and everything around me. Fear of being touched in any way. Only sleep about 2-3 hours a night, and have very little energy. I have constant headaches and eye pain. Majorly fear leaving my apartment for any reason. Can you help me with any of this?
