Suggest Treatment For Hand Injury

I am unemployed with no insurance: Yesterday I fell off my bike after my shoelace became caught in the kick stand. My right hand hit the concrete hard and I am afraid I fractured my scaphoid. I can't afford the ER but will go if advised. Is this something that I can let heal on it's own? Last night I wrapped it up with a splint under the wrap. I took it off this morning to let the circulation through (not that it was wrapped too tight). The swelling is minimal and I have full rotation of my wrist, thumb, and all other fingers. There is not a lot of pain, about a 4 on a 1-10 scale. There is now discoloration/bruising with just a bit of swelling.
