Suggest Treatment For Hand Tremors And Weakness With Rectal Pain

hello sir i am 30/Male for the past 10 days i am feeling weakness specially my large skeletal muscles start shaking, hand tremors even after consuming the food, and i am alcoholic (for the past 3 years twice a month). i feel a pressure in my rectum and during a process of defecation i have been unconcious 5-6 times and i feel intense pain in rectum. please suggest what should i do??
