Suggest Treatment For Handwriting Deterioration

for several months I have been unable to write legibly. I ordinarily have beautiful handwritting but i can t make my hand do what my brain message is sending. I am writing in very small illegible letters that get continuously smaller and I cannot see what I wrote. I am also very clumsy and loose my balance everytime I go from sitting to standing. I have been experiencing insomnia and night terrors for months. I am trying a cpap machine but i still can;t sleep. And when I am extremely exhausted my limbs and body jerk and move.
