Suggest Treatment For Hard And Swollen Breasts With Painful Nipples
I'm 19 years old and my breast feel hard and swollen , my nipples hurt too. I also had grabbed my breast and it feels like I can move my right breast's hard fat around it feels weird I don't know how else to explain it.I noticed little sharp pain on the left side of my chest In the heart area

1. At your Age [19 years] it could be premenstrual breast swelling, or fibrocystic breast disease occurring prior to menstrual period and fluctuating hormones can be one of the cause apart from mastitis [breast infection: non lactational mastitis could be due to weakened immune system]
2. while most of premenstrual breast pain is harmless but sudden/worrisome breast change should be discussed with your doctor [preferably gynecologist for breast examination [mammography/biopsy of breast tissue (if needed)], till then take
. over the counter pain medication: acetaminophen, ibuprofen
. oral contraceptive pills could also relax premenstrual breast symptoms
. avoid caffeine, alcohol, diet rich in fat/salt
. Vitamin E and Magnesium are beneficial
. take peanuts,spinach,corn-olive-safflower,carrots,banana,brown rice.
. warm compresses may ease pain
