Suggest Treatment For Hard Bump At Vagina

Not sexually active, never have been. I have a hard, red bump at the front of the vagina. It's sensitive to the touch. I have had what just seemed to be zits before, but they just went away on their own. I've researched and the only helpful suggestion I've found is to keep clean, dry, and use a hot compress. Any suggestions?
