Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump Under The Incision On The Knee Cap

I am 22. 6'1" 235lbs. I had arthroscopic knee surgery 2 days ago to remove a bone chip. The incision that was made above my knee cap has a hard lump under the incision. It is very tender to the touch and when i try to bend my knee there is alot of pain and i can maybe bend my knee 5 to 10 degrees before it is unbearable.
