Suggest Treatment For Hard Stools, Blood In Stools And Passing Of Gas

Sir am suffer from tight motion of 5 days today I see blood from my stool and I did not go toilet from 4 days. Sir I have also very gas problem it can t be reduce from my stomach. It continusely ride on my head and brain . then am feel like a mental .sir plzz tell me better suggestion now

Hi

Laxatives such as Lactulose syrup can be taken at night.It takes 3 to 4 days for the drug to soften the stools.

Since your stools are hard and impacted due to not passing it for four days, laxatives may not be sufficient. I would suggest you to visit your physician and do an enema.

The cause of constipation which could be piles, fissures or dietary causes which should be identified and treated. Maintaining healthy fibre diet and adequate hydration in the following days can avoid constipation.
