Suggest Treatment For Hard Swelling After Injury

I was hit a week ago by colliding in the outfield in softball. I went to the ER about an hour after. They took a catscan and nothing was wrong with the bone. The bone has like a hard swelling not a soft swell but right on the bone it s really hard. I am not sure what to do?

I really appreciate your concern, if the CT scan did not find anything serious then this is nothing to worry because such hardening may be due to soft tissue inflammation and this would be come around hope this information helps, take care.
