Suggest Treatment For Hardening Of Muscles Under The Coccyx

im 16 and just under my coccyx there is hardened muscles on both cheeks either side of buttcrack and between them on the actual crack. its extremely painful and stops me sitting or walking, painkillers and herbal remedies dont seem to be helping, and doctors have said there is nothing they can do.
