Suggest Treatment For Hardening Of The Heart Arteries

I have been put on Imdur 30mg,the heart dr. said i was born with the muscle in front was on top of two arties, but then my family dr, said his report said I have the same thing as sports players fall dead with, something about hardening of top of heart..I really wonder what I should do, I have alot of pressure with pain at times especially when I get to tried
