Suggest Treatment For Hashimotos Encephalitis In A Child

my 7 year old son had seizures over the summer, recently diagnosed as hashimotos encephalitis. He has been on 3 seizure meds, lacosamide, phenobarbital & phenatoin. He has mood/personality changes that seem to be getting worse as time goes. Any natural remedy suggestions for the mood issues?
