General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, streaky opacities in the both sides of lungs indicate possible old insult of lung parenchyma which can range from bronchitis, tuberculosis or others. However, a detailed past medical history with current symptoms are of paramount importance to guide further in this regards.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
