Suggest Treatment For Head Ache, Loss Of Voice And Mucus

I have mucus for like one week or more , headache, loss of voice for 5 days now, my body aches at times and I m experienced low fever . When I cough ,it sounds really bad and that s when I cough that green mucus. What can I have ? I drink a lot of water all day ,everyday. Thanks. Sassy

It looks like you are suffering with some uncomplicated bacterial chest infection .
If you were my patient i would advice you to get one chest xray and complete blood picture.
And suggest you antibiotics orally for 5 to 7 days based on test reports .
