Suggest Treatment For Head Aches And Numbness In Arm And Hand

i have been feeling not really myself lately, 2 weeks ago my arm and hand were numb then a week later my left one did, saturday i started my period but it only lasted 2 days then on the 4th day a little bit of spotting, this whole week ive been having headaches and dizziness aswell as cramping.

Hi,

Fluctuating Numbness may be due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Also may be due to a migraine associated Numbness. Please use Tab. Tryptanol. If no response than will look forward to some labs.
