Suggest Treatment For Head Congestion , Cold , Ear Pain And Cough

Hi! I have been sick for about a week now. My head is super clogged, ears hurt and nose running. I have a bad cough and tightness in my chest and lower back. I m super exhausted as well. I thought it was a cold, so I continued to run and exercise. I have a hard time resting, so haven t done much of that. Just wondering if I should be concerned or if it will pass. I m taking high doses of vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D and kickass Biotic. Should I do anything else? AND… do you think it could be pneumonia?

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.

These symptoms indicate respiratory tract infection. I do not think this can be pneumonia.

This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs accordingly.

Thank you
