Suggest Treatment For Headache After Meals Apart From Fever, Stomach Pain And Constipation

I ve been feeling some stomachaches intestinal issues (not going to the bathroom) Plus, I have had fever. Now I m feeling better BUT minutes after taking a meal I feel like a headache, and specially a pain above inside the eyebrows zone, and pretty tired. What it could be? Liver maybe?
